Production & Shipping Timeline

Every GEB Embroidery order is made with care. This page explains what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Step 1: Production (Processing Time)

Once your order is placed, we begin preparing and producing your items in-house. Our average production time is approximately 6 business days. This is the time from when you complete checkout to when your order is ready to hand off to a carrier. For more accurate turn times please look at the the shipping time given in the product description. If an item is part of a limited collection your item will not ship until after the collection is closed. 

Production time covers:

  • Order review and preparation
  • Embroidery, pressing shirts. and finishing items
  • Quality check and packaging

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Step 2: Carrier Transit

After your order ships, delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Transit times are estimated by the carrier and are separate from our production time.

  • Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days after shipment
  • Expedited shipping: typically 2–3 business days after shipment

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Orders that include personalization — such as custom names, numbers, monograms, or special design requests — may require additional production time beyond our standard average 6-day. The complexity and quantity of customization will affect the exact timeline. The production time should be explained in more detail on the product description. 

If your order includes personalization, we recommend ordering with extra lead time, especially around busy seasons or holidays.

Made-to-Order Items

Most items are made-to-order on the website unless stated otherwise in the product description. All limited collections are made-to-order once the collection period closes. 

Holidays & High-Volume Periods

During peak seasons — including major holidays and promotional events — production times may be longer than usual. We will post any updates to expected timelines on this page and in our store announcements.
