Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase!  If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email gebembroidery@outlook.com for return instructions. Please know that we will only accept returns of unused items within 5 days of customer receiving the items. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. Return shipping charges will not be covered by GEB Embroidery and must be paid by the customer.   PLEASE NOTE – custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable.
