Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through USPS.  You will receive an email from us when your item ships. Most items ship between 1-2 weeks after your order has been placed or date stated if ordering pre-order items. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely.  Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt.  If any damage has been found, please email pictures to gebembroidery@outlook.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.
